CLASSES
All of our classes are truly organic. Each instructor takes into account the individual and adapts the practice to your needs. Variations of the poses are offered in each class for your safety.
Hatha Yoga Level 1/2
This is a well rounded basic yoga practice for those just starting out with an emphasis on the fundamentals. Breathing, gentle stretching and deep relaxation characterize this practice designed to gradually build flexibility, strength and focus. Open to all levels.
Gentle Yoga
Similar to Hatha Yoga this class goes at a very gentle and slow pace. More time is taken in each pose to truly feel and experience the release accompanied by deeper and restorative stretches. Open to all levels.
Gentle/Restorative
A unique combination of Gentle Yoga infused with Restorative Yoga poses. Stretching and breath work are key focuses along with guided meditation in relaxing, restorative poses. Open to all levels
Hatha Vinyasa Yoga
By linking the breath with movement this flowing practice will challenge your focus, balance, strength and flexibility. This is an invigorating practice which builds upon the fundamentals and allows exploration into deeper levels of mind/body awareness. Open to all levels.
Hatha Vinyasa Level 2 classes, we recommend having at least 6 months yoga experience.
Yoga for Kids (Ages 9 - 13)
This class focuses on helping kids increase strength, balance and mobility through correctly aligned stretches and poses. Breathing and relaxation techniques are incorporated into each themed class. "Kid" current music makes this class "kid" unique! No previous yoga experience required.
