Class types
All of our classes are truly organic. Each instructor takes into account the individual and adapts the practice to your needs. Variations of the poses are offered in each class for your safety.
Level 1 classes good for beginners.
All Levels good for those familiar with yoga.
Level 2 classes experience necessary.
Hatha
This is a well rounded yoga practice with an emphasis on the fundamentals. Breathing, stretching and deep relaxation characterize this practice designed to build flexibility, strength and focus.
Hatha Vinyasa
By linking the breath with movement this flowing practice will challenge your focus, balance, strength and flexibility. This is an invigorating practice which builds upon the fundamentals and allows exploration into deeper levels of mind/body awareness.
Gentle
Similar to Hatha Yoga this class goes at a very gentle and slow pace. More time is taken in each pose to truly feel and experience the release accompanied by deeper and restorative stretches. Good class for beginners/Open to all levels.
Gentle/Restorative
A unique combination of Gentle infused with Restorative Yoga poses. Stretching and breath work are key focuses along with guided meditation in relaxing, restorative poses. Good class for beginners/Open to all levels.
Kids Yoga
Peaceful Yogis (Ages 6-10)
Elementary aged students learn yoga poses and concepts through games and exploration on the mat. A key focus of this class is to learn yoga by having FUN! Kid friendly music sets the tone as we learn how to relax through story telling, work on balance and flexibility and "learn" to breathe!
Wise Warriors (Ages 11 and up)
Middle and High School Students will enjoy theme oriented classes making yoga applicable to their daily life. The class is tailor-made for kids and so we will practice our poses, stretches, balances, and breathing to current kid friendly music. Kids are welcome to create and bring a playlist to share with the class.

Free Community Class
This complimentary yoga class is offered the last Sunday of each month. Depending on the instructor, the style of yoga taught may change each month. Class is accessible to new and experienced students. This is our way of giving back and to say 'thank you' to our wonderful community.
Studio is open 15 minutes before and after each class or by appointment.
